At Threxxonezie, we are committed to delivering premium business cards that meet high quality standards. If your order has printing defects or quality issues caused by our production process, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a refund as described in this policy.

Proof Approval Importance

By approving the digital proof, you confirm that all design elements, text, colors, and specifications are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof. Please review proofs carefully before approval.

Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective cards. We will cover return shipping costs for legitimate quality issues. Do not return items without prior authorization.

Timeframe for Claims

All return claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
