Threxxonezie provides premium business card printing services including design consultation, printing, finishing, and delivery. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
You are responsible for ensuring that all design files and artwork submitted for printing are accurate, complete, and print-ready. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for errors in the final printed product.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content, designs, and materials you submit for printing. You agree to indemnify Threxxonezie against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.
Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current workload. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated deadlines but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
We maintain high quality standards for all printed materials. Minor variations in color, alignment, and finish are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects. We will reprint orders that contain significant quality issues at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Cancellation fees may apply.
Threxxonezie liability is limited to the cost of reprinting defective products or refunding the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
